a photo a week for 52 weeks…
audrey has loved ponies for as long as i can remember! i think pony was one of her first words and when we asked her what she wanted for her birthday when she was almost two… a pony was what she asked for!
i had horses growing up so it came as no surprise to me that audrey lu was mad about them. i think its just great to her loving something so wholesome. today children are growing up far too fast and spending too much time indoors watching tv and perfecting their wii skills when they should be getting out in the fresh air and being active!
so ponies are ok with me! i love to see audrey loving ponies… seeing her so in love with horses just reminds me of my childhood and how crazy about ponies i was! it reminds me of the endless hours i would spend at the paddock brushing, feeding and riding my ‘angel’ with all my pony friends. oh how i cherish that time.
i have promised danny there will be no pony until audrey is atleast 10 years old. i have barely enough time to look after my cat let alone a horse so for now we indulge her love for ponies with weekly riding lessons and pony camp in the holidays…
