i must confess… i am incapable of deleting most things. thats not to say i dont back up, cause i do, but i worry that something will happen to that backed up version and then where will i be… so you can imagine the dilemma im often faced with – an extremely full hard drive and a laptop that runs so slow, its useless! so i buy another laptop, problem solved! its a great solution (and a good excuse to get a new computer) but i refuse to throw the old one out… so a few years later, we have laptops in every room and i never know where anything is and it drives danny just a little crazy. so im on a mission to get my life organised! im cleaning up my 3 laptops so i can sell them all and buy a shiny sparkly new one!
what that really means is being distracted by all kinds of wonderful! so many old photos that have been forgotten and all the beautiful memories that go with them. audrey was just the most gorgeous little thing and looking at those photos reminds me of how small she really was and how grown up she is now! i think she is still so tiny and i still call her baby girl but she is such a big person… full of spunk and attitude with a smile that lights up any room! she is an old soul, wise beyond her years. i just love her to bits!
so i found a heap of pictures from when she was 2 and 3 and they made my heart melt… that pale porcelain skin and those huge brown eyes – i just couldnt help sharing just a few here!
she just loved to dress up! i cant believe i forgot how much she loved to wear hats… she wore hats most days and she has the sort of face that looks gorgeous in a hat! then there was this little crochet bolero covered in buttons that her nanna made her… i could not get it off her long enough to wash it!
